By downloading, installing, or using ReviewMind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. License Grant

ReviewMind offers the following license options:

• 3-day free trial
• 6-month license
• 1-year license
• Lifetime license

2.2 License Terms

Your license grants you the right to:

• Install and use ReviewMind on up to 5 devices
• Receive updates and bug fixes during your license period
• Access all features of the application

2.3 License Restrictions

You may not:

• Share your license key with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use the software for any illegal purpose

3. Free Trial

ReviewMind offers a 3-day free trial. The trial is limited to one per device. At the end of the trial period, you must purchase a license to continue using the application.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change.

4.2 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@redsprint.co.uk.

5. Data Collection and Use

ReviewMind analyzes publicly available App Store reviews. We do not collect or store personal information from these reviews. For details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Analysis

ReviewMind uses AI models (OpenAI or local Ollama) to perform sentiment and SWOT analysis. The accuracy of AI-generated insights may vary and should not be considered as professional advice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReviewMind only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• All applicable laws and regulations
• Apple's App Store terms and policies
• OpenAI's usage policies (if using OpenAI models)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReviewMind is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewMind and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the software.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue ReviewMind at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of ReviewMind and delete all copies from your devices.

ReviewMind and all related trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos are the property of Red Sprint Ltd. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
